Custom furniture, accessories and all art are final sale. Items that are not damaged may be returned and must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receipt of item. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of customer. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. In the event of furniture being delivered via freight that is damaged, the customer must refuse delivery of damaged goods and contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may file a claim.
